- Health, safety and wellness visits on a monthly,
as-needed or as requested basis.
- Assistance with daily living routines or specific
tasks.
- Advocacy.
- Organizing and implementing relocations.
- End of life arrangements (including Pre-need
funerals).
- Written report preparation on a monthly basis or
as requested.
- Verbal reporting as needed or requested.
- Availability for care meetings with staff or families
- On-call service available as requested (additional fees).
